I know to a normal person this might just look like a pizza, but this pizza was made from scratch by my father and me. My dad is a bread maker and makes fresh bread all the time. He doesn’t make it often, but from time to time he makes pizza on the grill. He hand-makes the bread and is the main chef, and I help with assembly. One of my favorite parts about our pizza nights is since we can only make one pizza at a time on the grill, it means as a family we spend over an hour together talking at the table as we eat delicious fresh pizza together.
