The unit challenged us to research a topic of our choice and create and represent it through a lyrical essay. We were also able to use narrative, expository and poetry writing to explore our different subjects. Composing a high quality piece for an audience.
We gathered, annotated, organized, and cited research sources on the topic of our choice. Writing in my case, exposition about my topic. We then synthesized it with research data and storytelling elements in order to create a research-based lyrical essay.
