For the food prompt, I combined my love for food and design by assembling a spread of food that incorporates a variety of shapes, colors, and textures. I wanted to include vibrant colors on a neutral background, and included several floral patterns in honor of the spring season. I then shot my photo in moderately-dimmed lighting to convey a sense of luxury, at a slightly downwards angle from the side to better display the arrangement of the spread. I had a lot of fun assembling my props and capturing this photo, and hope that the end result is not only appealing to the eyes but also to the tastebuds! This prompt has also inspired me to stage more creative food photography, as I love how it can exhibit a wide variety of design elements in numerous arrangements.
