For the modern convenience prompt, I arranged a set of coffee-related accessories atop a modern luxury appliance that I am convinced I couldn’t live without – my espresso maker. Thanks to this contemporary, convenient machine, I am no longer required to travel long and far to get my morning boost. I simply push a button and reap the benefits of modern technology, in the form of energy. Whether I’m tired, or just craving delicious new coffee beans, this appliance is a gift of present day that will always have my back. The coffee beans showcased are originally from the Little Cuba neighborhood in Miami, FL. I love trying new coffee beans from exotic locations, and thanks to this coffee machine, can do so in the comfort of my own home. For my photo, I intentionally set the lighting to portray warm colors, which I often associate with the homey feel of a coffee shop. Furthermore, I surrounded the appliance with lighter shades of brown, such as the brown bag and granite tabletop, to compliment the dark brown colors of coffee.
