Three deer friends, bending down at the same time. These deer were frolicking on a hill where you can see an incredible view of the city. This was a foggy day, so the city did not come through well in the photo, but I like how the deer look silhouetted against the fog, and the tall mountains even further in the background. This is one of my favorite spots on the Mora trail at Rancho San Antonio. I love standing here, looking at the city, and thinking about how small we are. From this hill, cars look like ants, and humans are microscopic. It makes me realize how insignificant we are. How little our problems matter.
