Fill the Frame

The prompt for this photo was, “fill the frame” meaning that we had to fill the photo with the same subject, patter, or color. For this photo I decided to take a picture of a succulent near the entrance to my house. This fills the frame with the same color, pattern, and subject all at once. I used a really big aperture to emphasize the depth of the plant and did a little color correction in photoshop to make the lighting warm and like the plant is coming at you in a comforting way way.
