The Zenith Unit in freestyle is to find a specific aspect of our media classes (mine being filmed) and focus on something we want to research, improve and experiment with. For my Zenith project, I choose to focus on the post-production aspect of film and edit in Adobe After Effects. This project is a risk for me because I only know very very basic effects in After effects but with that, I enjoy the basics I know and wanted to improve on them. I wanted to improve on the post-production editing aspect because I find it enjoyable and wanted a new challenge within it.
Process!
Week 1, creation of light orb that will later layer into a multiple layer effect.
Week 2, creation and adjustment of orb layer to create a wider rage of effect.
Week 3, creation of 3rd orb layer was slightly adjusted to stack on the other layers to create the full effect later on.
Week 3, creation of 4th orb layer was slightly adjusted to stack on the other layers to create the full effect later on.
Week 4, creation of 5th orb layer was slightly adjusted to stack on the other layers to create the full effect later on.
Week 4, creation of 6th orb layer was slightly adjusted to stack on the other layers to create the full effect later on.
Week 5,Created Null object so all layers are connected to it as the parent. Adjusted the position and scale keyframes to create movement.
Week 5, more editing of keyframes for movement.
Week 6, add audio and effects to final exported After Effects files in Premiere Pro.

My Zenith Reflection!
In our English class, we were asked to make an audio reflection on what we thought went well and what we thought didn’t go well during our zenith production! We also got to make cover art for audio! Wanna listen? Click bellow!
