Lots of leading lines in here, although admittedly not from the food. Every year our family goes to pick cherries – it was hard to get to do it this year, as almost all places are closed to cherry picking, choosing to sell commercially rather than though “U-Pick”. However, my dad is passionate enough about this that he was able to obtain a couple of rows of trees for us to pick on a farm next weekend. In preparation for picking cherries, we boil down granny smith apples, which are high in pectin. We use this apple jam as a base for cherry jams. I must admit, the jams are really good. Anyways, back to the photo. The leading lines are evident in the rack they are resting upon.
