This photo uses the rule of thirds through both the girl on the swing and the still swing in the bottom right. These two figures hit two points of the gridlines if I was to draw them on. The motion in this photo is clearly shown through the girl swinging, but the highlight of it and what my eye is drawn to is the flowing hair of the girl.
