This photo actually has a lot of meaning to me as something that represents a new beginning– it’s the first time I made a full meal, by myself, that I was actually proud of.

I’ve cooked many a dish before this one, but most of said dishes have either been snacks, portions of dinner, or something I helped my mom to prepare. This dish on the other hand– breaded chicken cutlets with rice and toasted broccoli– was entirely put together by me, myself, and I. It marks the start of a newfound confidence in my cooking abilities.
