The big project! Senior narrative in Film is the project you spend of most of the year working on (potentially until the end), and takes basically all the skills you’ve learned in both years and puts them to use.
To start of the project, we gave pitches for story ideas. After sharing all the ideas people had and giving feedback, we split up into pairs based off which stories we wanted to work on.
After splitting into pairs, we made a rough story outline and submitted it as a synopsis to get feedback and approval on.

After that, to practice the different parts of shooting a dialogue scene, we wrote, shot, and edited different people’s work. Our final edited video is this one.
We started working on our screenplays after this, which are essentially a script with written camera action so you can get a rough idea of what the visuals with look like. This took a while as you are practically writing out the entire shown film, but on paper.
This was our last thing before starting the proper planning of the shoots. We made shot lists and schedules to make sure everything would be ready for shooting.
