< Story-tell through the use of this black-and-white style of photography >
For this assignment, I wanted to use the black and white emphasis of film noir photography to highlight the contrast between lights and dark. For this photo, I shot with St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City. The contrast throughout the curve of the image shows the magnitude of the space and the glory that is meant to be communicated through the construction and architectural details of the building.
