This is a photo of the firepit in my family’s backyard at nighttime. Fire is really hard to capture on camera. It blurs and it goes out of focus. I turned the gas down low so that the flame would be tinier and blue. This minimized the problem of the blur, but I still had the problem of taking a picture at night. I really wanted to take a nighttime picture but nighttime pictures are hard to take. A bright flame contrasting with a dark background is hard to capture. For this picture I learned more about exposure on a camera and hopefully I’ll be able to have better lighting in my future pictures.
