This week we needed an image that utilized balance to evoke the “accidental renaissance” style of photography, a style where photos accidentally look like renaissance paintings. The boy’s body brings balance to this photo because it is to the left, counteracting the girl’s body to the right. Additionally, they both have very passionate expressions, a hallmark of renaissance paintings.
