For my film class, I had a lot of different ideas for what I should talk about and how I should describe myself. I don’t have a really strong identity for who I am, and because of that I found it hard to write about myself and be genuine. It was really difficult coming up with an organizing metaphor to show who I was, and I ended up scrapping a bunch of different ideas.
In the end, I chose to talk about one of my core values as an artist.
