Tell A Lie

Now you may be wondering… how could this possibly represent a lie? These flowers look so beautiful against the sunset, right? Well I found them on the side of the road with many others who had been completely cut off and thrown away. I’ve never understood it, and have always thought it’s brutal how roses must be cut off for the plant to continue blooming. While this photo may seem like a beautiful representation of nature, it is more a story of sacrifice and growth. Deep, I know.
