Hello! I’m Blanki Fernandez-Miranda and I was a Freestyle Academy student from 2024-2026. I will be attending Chapman University as a Creative Producing major. In the two years I spent at Freestyle, I made a lot of work that I’m very proud of. Below is a brief showcase of some of the work I made during my time at Freestyle.
“Training Practice”
What I’d consider to be my best work and perhaps even my magnum opus at Freestyle would be the 20 minute storyboarded episode of my OC story that I made as my Zenith. This project is basically the culmination of everything I learned creatively at Freestyle and it allowed me to include many of my friends in a project I’ve been working on for years pre-Freestyle. I think it shows my growth and potential as a creative very well.
Bewilthred Pitch Book
Another one of my best works at Freestyle would be my Explorations project, which was a pitch book for my original story Bewilthred. This project required me to essentially put a new fresh coat of paint on a story I’ve loved for a long time, and from it I did plenty of redesigns, new character bios, and even got an easy product to introduce people to the story with. It was the first stepping stone to creating my Zenith senior year and I am still proud of it to this day.
3D Character

Yet another one of my best works at Freestyle I believe would be my 3D character model I made of my OC Eon. I think it shows my growth in learning 3D animation very well, as I remember being very scared to start the project because it was a completely foreign form of media to me. As someone who mostly loves working in 2D, branching out to 3D and succeeding the way I did with my model despite the trials and tribulations shows a lot to me.
Below are some additional works from my time at Freestyle I believe to be some of my best!
