The first photo blog prompt I decided to choose was my culture. We were tasked with taking a photo that shows the story of our culture. And in this photo is a silver symbol thta hangs in our living room. This symbol is called a mon, mon’s are emblems used to decorate and identify ones family in Japanese culture. My families mon is super important to me as it was the one that my grandfather’s family had used, and it’s nice having this symbol of him and his family hanging up in our house.
