The Mandala Project…
The mandala project was the most significant Reflections project we did in Digital Media. The idea behind it was to create a mandala that had symbols or drawings that reflected our core values that we became aware of through out Reflections.
The beginnings…
We started off by making mandala templates. We made an 8, 10, 12 and 16 slice mandala. These templates we would then copy over depending on how many slices we would use. The lines served as drawing guides for the boundary in which we could draw in.
And voila…
This was the final mandala design I did. It consisted of multiple different mandalas. Including an un-reflected center, a reflected and un-reflected 12 slice, and a 3 slice mandala.
