In English Class, we worked on writing our personal essays. Following a long with digital media, we dove into our inner selves and reflected on what our core values are. As an additional step, with the guidance of Ethan Sawyer in College Essay Essentials we figured out our essence objects, or objects that have some amount of value to them. With those things in mind and our core values, we then created a personal essay about a personal challenge we faced and had to overcome
