In semester one, we worked intensively with photoshop to create cool images combining tools we learned in class and exploration of the software. As a result I was able to make a pretty cool photo known as “Funny Images” where we were supposed to combine two to three photos and make them humorous.

In addition to to photoshop we learned how to use After Effects, including the skills needed to form credits, and cool animations that can be included in films or other projects. We also learned how to do this in film class but in a different way, including more cinematic usage. Here is the motion graphic projects where I utilized the music recording project from last year and the album to make a cool effect with the sound and visuals.
In addition, we used illustrator to create a multi-layer semi-related to our world building narrative. My partner Samay and I decided to make a light box with multiple doors leading to the center with Ying-Yangs’s and a bull in the center representing choices you can make and the weight they have. I had lots of fun designing and building the box after creating it in adobe Illustrator.
Here is the final product of what took us several months to make. We decided to go with the contrasting Blue and Pink colors but are open it to change it to something else, using the app on my phone. This project took a lot of planning out little details to get the desired look in the end. Hope you enjoy 🙂
