For my Showcase page, I decided to split up the Reel and Video into two different subjects. The video focuses on a singular project that I created in Digital Media class senior year. This project, I chose the Mandala, which took up a bunch of time in the beginning of the first semester and I actually really like how it turned out. It is inspired by the show House of the Dragon which I was watching when we were brainstorming the mandal idea. The second part is the Showcase reel, which I decided to compile all of my major projects in my elective class, film. This includes both Junior and Senior Narrative, Documentary, Explorations, Reflections. I decided to leave out Zenith as it is still in progress. Overall, looking back over all of my projects through the Showcase Reel, I actually got pretty emotional because Freestyle has been a huge part of my life and high school experience. I created an extended version that has all of my projects in Film which I will place below. I think it is pretty crazy how my skills have changed throughout these two years which is evident from beginning to end in the reel. I feel I have almost become literate in a new language that is unique to Freestyle which I know will help me in the future.
