This image is a center portrait of a mini Buddha statue. My family practices Buddhism so we have the statue placed on the mantel.

New Beginnings
This is a picture of the piece of paper and the shadow it created. I chose to take a picture of a piece of paper because it represents an empty slate which is the start of a masterpiece.
Balance
This is an image of my sister pushing an empty baby swing. I use the lighting to give it an eerie tone.
Trash
This a picture of a trash can at a park. I thought the way the light hit the trash can looked very cool.
Home Town
This a night time picture from the top of a little hill at a park I used to play at a lot when I was younger.
Black and White
This a picture of my neighbors house and their Christmas lights. The lights give the image a contrast from the darkness of the night sky.
Leading Lines
This is a picture of the guitar my family got around a year ago. I use the strings of the guitar to point toward the piano in the background.
Love Story
This is a picture of my friend Midori with her cat Molly. I think the bond someone can form with their pet is amazing and platonic love is just as important as romantic love.
Weight or Mass
I took a picture of a glass bottle filled with blue paint sinking in a glass cup. Even though there is a gap of air in the bottle, it sinks because the glass is denser than the water around it.
Symmetry Landscape
This is a picture I took in Caramel Village near the Icon theater. This picture shows the symmetrical landscape of the umbrella, fountain, and building.
