What is Humor?
The final Humor project is apart of the English course. As we near the end of the school year, in English, we are tasked to create a medium with humor. Then, on our last English class as seniors, we celebrate everyones project.

Rhetorical analysis
Below is my rhetorical analysis on one of my favorite SNL sketches. This debate, on the surface, is really funny because it’s just emojis fighting back and forth. However, in my analysis I dive deeper into the satire of the joke & how it digs into societal norms.
My Humor Script
As we were nearing the end, we began writing our humor script. We watched many different SNL Sketches & weekend updates from different episodes to study to types of Humor they used. We also took note of their deliveries, any pauses, or breaks of characters. Read our script below!
