Water

“I’m so glad it rained today, so that I could photograph water,” I sent in my group chat. This morning, I was greeted with a harsh weather outside: a thunderstorm followed by some really strong winds. Because everything outside would be wet during and after a rainstorm, I figured this would be a perfect chance to photograph water.

When you hear the word water, you probably think of water in a cup, water dripping down from a surface, water in a faucet, water splashing and much more. Water is precious and beautiful. When I think of water, the first thing that comes to mind is rain. After when it rains, the weather leaves you puddles on the ground or water droplets on like literally every surface.

I find the texture of water droplets to be super fascinating, as they look like transparent crystal beads, with each of them being a unique shape. So today when I saw these water droplets on my backyard door, I figured this had to be worth photographing.
