I got the opportunity to take photos of an event at the Democratic Volunteer Center to see Sam Liccardo talk about modern events such as the war at Iran and leading his team to solve problems. Some of my friends have met him in the past so it was nice seeing him in person. For this photo, I used my long telephoto lens to get a more detailed close up from far away. I also sent my photos to the event coordinator so they could use it for their social media posts.
