This photo was actually originally taken in color with a beautiful sunset, and while I like that photo as well, this one has a completely different feel. The other was focused on the sunset and its power over the screen, but this one feels much more solitary. The big, empty sky has the emphasis against the silhouetted buildings with only the lonely moon sitting in it. I gives the feeling of sitting alone at midnight in quiet ambience.
