Symmetry Landscape

Lyons Street, San Francisco

The prompt for this week had to do with symmetry in landscapes. There aren’t many traditional landscapes to go visit when it is hot in California, but generally, the city is cooler. So to get a landscape shot in the city, we climbed the steps and saw this vista of the city. The steps lead to a great amount of symmetry as they, and a tree, split the center as well as the spaces on either side being filled evenly. Even in the back, the islands don’t lead heavily to one side.
