Growing up, my parents would take me to church on Christmas. But recently, I’ve been spending the holidays just with my family.
I chose to capture my aunt’s house, because I have a lot of memories spending time here on holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas when I was younger. It gives me a sense of nostalgia and peace. I thought a symmetrical shot of the sitting area would fit with the theme of balance.
