Water

For this blog, I wanted to shoot something that just had an abundance of water. Fortunately, there is a lot of water around our area, even though we’re in a drought. In fact, I’m now biking home in the rain almost every day, and get to pass by Steven’s Creek, which is now not dry, and which I can’t climb down into anymore.

I was just taking a bike around, and it was raining pretty hard, so I thought about turning back. But then I saw this view. I thought I died or something, cuz doesn’t this look like the pearly gates???

The landscape is really pretty, but the composition is kinda boring. If I could retake this, I would get a lower angle to make some of the grass in the foreground, and get a clearer subject to focus on.
