A couple nights ago, my family and I were talking about how people are booking Airbnbs in Ukraine, but not actually going to them. This is to help the civilians get money in the midst of the war, as Russians bomb residential areas, cutting off their services. There are many ways that my family and I can help people in Ukraine even if we are far away physically, so I dedicated this post to share that they have our support.
For this prompt, I knew I wanted to do something relating to the war in Ukraine, so I brainstormed ideas of how I could incorporate the flag into my photo without just take a photo of the flag. I came up with using old blue and yellow beads to form a heart, and I scattered some really small beads around the heart so the frame wasn’t empty. Finally, I edited the picture in Photoshop and added the frame using Snapseed.
