I thought about what I wanted to shoot for this topic for a while, but ultimately settled on this essentially immediately when I saw it. The rain made the red apples stand out especially well amidst the contrasting green and darkness, giving them more visual weight and a more balanced image. During editing, I increased their saturation, to draw further attention to them and therefore increase their visual weight.
