I choose this photo for long shutter speed exposure because I thought it was the best one of the photos I took when I decided to take my camera out to the the Santa Cruz coast at so I could take better night photos with less light pollution I edited the photo to Denoise it because it has a lot of ISO noise from using a high ISO
