As we get closer and closer to graduation, that also means my time at Freestyle Academy is coming to an end. Experiencing an amazing 2 years at Freestyle, let’s look back at some of my work that I’m most proud of.

Reel

This is my showcase reel. It includes clips of my major film projects as a student in Freestyle. I loved looking back at all my productions and being able to make a compilation of all my work that took lots of time and effort.

Senior Narrative “The Last Dance”

This is my senior narrative “The Last Dance”. Over 7 months, my partner and I produced an innocent dance film about the two sisters Emma and Daisy. We repeated the process of revision multiple times during pre-production, took many takes to get certain shots during production, as well as stayed up all night to edit each scene just how we envisioned over the post-production process. We found this to be a valuable experience as film directors and editors, and hope everyone who watches our film can enjoy it!!

Laser Engraved Mandala

This is my laser-engraved mandala “Growth Flower”. This piece is very special to me because it has smaller details that correspond to my own life. Such as the colors, pink and brown which are my two favorite colors at the moment, small doodles that I love to draw occasionally, and bigger floral details with the petals forming from the center. I loved the production process of this film and had lots of fun testing my skills with Illustrator throughout the process. I hope to make something similar in the future to share with the world what brings interest to me.
