As it gets dark in the winter, I begin to see shadows everywhere. Even when it is bright, there is always shadow. I like these sillouettes I took because of the left vs right contrast. The left side is rounded, kind, soft, pleasant. the leaves are big, full of life. The right side, on the other hand, is cracked, spiky, lifeless, jagged, and spooky. The two sides express opposite emotions.
