Rules of Thirds – Motion

A picture of a fireplace at night. The fire is bright white, reaching towards the sky. The fire is blurred, and the background is dark, but the legs of two people are visible. One has a white shirt, the other one is reclining in a chair into the darkness, and cannot be made out. No faces are in the photo. The fire is centered in the middle, seen from a three-quarters view.
Fireside

In this photo, I captured motion via a slow shutter speed. The blurred image that resulted showed clear movement among the flames. As well, the top of the fire was along the top third of the photo , and hands and legs in the background were critical points.
