Introduction
The Humor Project serves as a way for students to examine humorous texts and determine what exactly makes them funny, particularly when the humor communicates a critique or commentary. Instead of having a laugh and moving on, the Humor Project challenges us to think critically about the art of comedy, and leads us to thoughtfully analyze the societal implications of a specific humorous text.
