This is a giant slice that I cut out of a leftover 18″ cheese pizza at my job one night. I felt it was perfect for this prompt, as I shaped a large object into something that is usually much smaller! This mega-slice almost felt like an optical illusion when paired with 18″ platters and boxes, since the “slice” appeared to be a normal size in comparison to those large surfaces. In this photo, I broke up the optical illusion by placing my hand next to it, showing how abnormally big the slice really was.
