Stranger
This weeks photo blog challenge was to tell a story of a stranger. This is a dog I pet sit. Before he came to my house he was a stranger. I have no idea how old he is or his breed. All I know is that he is a sweet and energetic dog that love to play.
Aging
This weeks photo challenge was aging. I didn’t want to offend my parents by calling them old in this, so I decided to take a photo of a puppy I pet sit often. The reason I am using her is because I have watched her grow up and age. I have been pet sitting her since she was a tiny little puppy and now she is almost a year old. It’s crazy how much she has aged and matured over this past year.
Shadow
This week’s photo challenge was to tell a story by only using shadows. I choose to take a photo of me and a dog I was pet sitting while on a walk because dog sitting is a big part of my life. I constantly have multiple dogs at my house. I also love walking dogs, it helps me clear my head.
New Beginnings
This week’s photo challenge was to tell a story about a new beginning. My parents just bought a house in Granite Bay to move into when I graduate. This house is a new beginning for my family because it’s a new place to start fresh. The photo is of the sunset at the house reflected in the pool and overlooking some of the new land.
Hometown
This weeks photo challenge was to take a picture telling a story about your home town. This is a photo of a view point my friends and I like going to. My friends and I like to hang out here and relax. This place and Downtown Los Altos are our favorite places to hang out. I took this photo because it kind of looks over the town of Los Altos. I grew up in Los Altos.
Love Story
This weeks challenge was to tell a love story in one image. I pet sit the one dog (the little one) who loves to lick my dogs face. Their love story is that they are best friends and the one shows love through licking her face. I love this photo because you can see the little dogs tongue just barley sticking out.
Warmth
This weeks photo challenge was to tell a story that makes you feel warm inside. I chose to take a photo of a jack-o-lantern and 2 pumpkins that were sitting on my porch. The colors of the pumpkins and the glowing of the jack-o-lantern are warm colors. The story my photo is telling, is the fun of Halloween. For some people Halloween is very nostalgic and for others it still is very eventful.
Self-Portrait
This weeks photo challenge was a self-portrait. I had to take a photo of myself without showing my face. I took this photo in my front yard using my mirror. I took the picture in a nature setting because I like going out in nature, also in the picture I am wearing headphones because I love listening to music. I am showing my outfit in the photo because fashion is one of the many ways I like to express myself.
