For this photo I was challenged to take a photo of something that shows my culture. Since i’m from a Chinese background I thought about taking a photo of things bunched up together that represented the Chinese culture but I wasn’t sure how to do that so I just scrapped that idea. After thinking about it for a while I came up with a new idea which was to have one person hold a red envelope and make it look like they’re giving it to another person. To take the photo I asked one of my former classmates from the am Freestyle class, Jerry Liang, to help me hold the envelope while another one of my classmates from MVHS, Zara Patel, held her hand close to the envelope to make it look like she’s trying to take it from Jerry.
