When I was little, my parents always told me to stay away from the rose bush, otherwise, I’d get a thorn stuck in my finger or hand. Well, I’m glad I did. No injuries from roses yet! But this time of year is interesting for our rose bush – either it has plenty of roses growing, or it has very few. All the other roses seemed to be struggling or dying, but this one rose was very pretty, and seems to be doing well.
