The Narrative Unit gave us students the opportunity to express ourselves in new ways. Not only this, we learned through our various projects how to put ourselves in other people’s shoes, and create with new perspectives. From a wide range of writing assignments to photography and advertising projects, we learned how to reach people in a unique way through creativity. In english class, we learned how to write lyrical essays, in digital media, we learned to compose music and code, and design we created advertisements and captured people’s lives through the camera lens. Overall, this unit opened my eyes to many new perspectives on life and creative opportunities.
