This week, we were challenged to tell a story using shadows. This is a multimedia photograph, and I drew the shadow in Photoshop. I found it really difficult to make compelling shadows within the limited time frame that I had. However, with the creepy figure I drew in, I intended to show that I (since the shadow is coming from the photographer’s position) am feeling very threadbare and tired, which is why the shape of the shadow is so thin and disfigured. Recently, I’ve been feeling very conflicted, because I don’t know if I should prioritize my music or school, and because of this conflict, I am prioritizing both to a high degree, which has led me to sleep less and be overall more stressed out.
