This week, we were challenged to take a landscape photo that uses symmetry. I think that symmetry is kind of like the opposite of the rule of thirds. Instead of leading your eye around, symmetry has a stabilizing effect and keeps your eye centered on the middle. I took this photo at a park in Menlo Park.
