For this week, we were asked to take a picture based on what serenity means to us. My idea of serenity is probably sitting alone and watching cartoons for hours, but that would make for a pretty boring picture, so I instead opted to take a picture of the garden, which is my dad’s place of serenity. He spends most of the day outside listening to music and tending to his plants. He’s recently taken up bonsai, which he finds really relaxing.
