Fill the frame means to fill the frame with your subject, or an element like color. I decided to fill the screen up with rainbow patterns. I decorated my room with a lot of colors, so it was easy because I just had to photograph my chair and pillow. The rug is also rainbow so the entire frame is literally filled up with rainbows.
I enhanced the colors and made it brighter using screen layers in Photoshop.
