Since the prompt was to use an unnatural looking white balance to tell the story, I set the white balance on my camera to make the image look extremely warm. It was already golden hour but the white balance made the image look even more warm and nostalgic. I also used a technique where I underexposed the image, and set the aperture to a high number. This made the rays of light coming from the sun show up in the image. I also like how, when I underexposed the image, I can see the details of the sky.
