This week we were asked to display a good or bad habit of ours in a photo. I decided to show a bad habit because I think it’s important to recognize things we can improve on and not hide them out of shame because, if we hide them, we’ll never be able to work on them.

The bad habit I chose is not putting away my clean clothes, but instead storing them on my desk chair, then when I need to use my desk chair I store them on my bed (like in the photo), and then when I need to use my bed I put them on my chair and it’s just keeps revolving until I get the motivation to put them away. The funny thing is that if I just put them away immediately then it won’t build up like it typically does, which it another bad habit I have: letting things build up and grow and grow until I can no longer take it. This habit has affected me my whole life and I have made many improvements, but I continue to work on it to this day.
