Symmetry Landscape

Photo of two trees. One on the left with green leaves, one on the right with reddish leaves.

For this photo blog assignment, we were tasked with taking a landscape photo which emphasized symmetry. Initially, I was desperately trying to find an appropriate subject on my street to take my photo of, and I finally settled on two trees outside of my room. Although the trees are different colors, their shapes are similar and they complement each other by being on opposing sides. The slices of light along with the bright greens and deep oranges of the leaves add an element of color to the photo as well. Rather than identical twins, these trees are siblings!
