In Digital Media, we used Adobe Illustrator to create mandalas. We first made a template with 8,10,12, and 16 slices where all you had to do was draw into one slice and the design would be replicated to the other slices. I really liked being able to doodle on one slice and it replicating to others so that I could be more detailed in my doodles without having to duplicate it. After we finished our design, we sent it to the laser printer and got it printed onto different materials, I chose a bamboo wood circle. I made my mandala space themed because I thought it would fun and pry away from traditional mandala designs.

For fun, we did a colored one as well.
